The 2015 growing season began well, with Winter having left good moisture levels in the soil. Spring temperatures fluctuated, happily bringing about balanced vine growth, and warmer temperatures arrived for flowering in late November and December. Whilst January was cooler than average, the season provided warm temperatures in February, enabling earlier-than-average ripening.
